The thermal insulation of Foster ovens is ensured by tangential ventilation which creates a flow of air between the muffle and the frame, reducing the surface temperature and preventing the cabinets from being subjected to high temperature changes.
All the ovens have glazed glass doors. This guarantees controlled temperatures internally and reduces heat loss.
